Italian influencer Lorenzo Della Femini died after suffering a heart attack on Monday. He was only 40 years old.
Della Femine became known as “Mister Pella Pazzo” on TikTok and had two million followers on the app, where he constantly shared content about family life.
His wife, Assunta, confirmed the death Instagram.
“I’m not feeling well. I can’t believe it,” is one of the things she writes after her husband’s tragic death.
Furthermore, it emerged that he was playing with their three children at the family home near Naples. Finally, he started to feel sick and collapsed, falling to the ground in front of the children.
This made the family very worried, and the father of three children was taken to the hospital, according to the Italian newspaper No Stampa.
Although doctors did everything they could to save the TikTok account’s life, he died shortly after.
Shortly before Della Femini’s death, his wife Assunta posted a video on TikTok to update her followers on her husband’s condition.
“Good morning, everyone. Lorenzo is not feeling well at the moment. He sends a kiss to everyone. Tomorrow or the day after tomorrow he will respond to everyone,” she added.
Fans and friends are now devastated by his death.
“When I was going through some bad times in my life, your videos with your beautiful family always put a smile on my face. I feel broken. Thank you for everything Lori,” writes one loyal follower.
“I’m speechless Lorenzo. We heard this today and I’m so sad. It doesn’t seem real,” another follower shares.
