Here are the Black Week games I’d like to review

Black Week was underway then, and there were many good deals on offer so far.

We’re gearing up for demos on physical releases of games, and we’re getting sneak peeks on Steam, Epic, and all these other games this weekend.

The status is updated every day, most recently November 21.

Ring of fire

Cheap Elden Ring Record!

If you haven’t played this FromSoftware masterpiece yet, shame on you. Fortunately, you now have the opportunity to make up for this terrible mistake.

I don’t think I need to write much about Elden Ring, actually. Even if you’ve bid under the biggest rock, you know what that is.

It is Elden Ring, after all.

EA Sports FC 24

FIFA is FIFA. Well, not anymore, but here’s the New Year’s toy at a record low price.

It didn’t take long, granted.

Our reviewer gave the game a 7/10 a few months ago, calling it a “solid soccer game.”

Reporter Havard Rudd thinks their microtransaction model reeks of rot, but he still doesn’t think there’s a better game of online football right now.

Assassin’s Creed Mirage

This was also not a huge success among critics, but by all accounts it is a finished killer game according to a well-known recipe.

We gave the match a score of 7 out of 10 in our October report.

– Assassin’s Creed Mirage is a powerful assassin adventure with an entertaining story and many engaging challenges. Sneaking around in the shadows and capturing guard after guard would make for great entertainment, which is one of the reasons there are still new chapters in the series, wrote reporter Öystein Vorivik.

Gran Turismo 7

Is this the best car game ever?

That’s what our reporter asked in his test last spring. Andreas Bjørnbekk gave 10/10 and called the game a masterpiece.

He actually went so far as to call it a “Shakespearean love letter to car enthusiasts.” Here I may have killed two birds with one stone by finding both the Cars Game of All Time and Gamer.no’s conclusion of all time.

It’s not every day you get to do something like this.

The price is holding up relatively well, but is at a record low now in Black Week. Here you get a lot of fun for the money.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor

Cal Kestis and his friends are back for an engaging new space adventure. This would probably be a 7 out of 10 game on our list, but its score was affected by technical issues.

The game was shut down at launch due to poor performance on PC, but the worst of the problems should be gone.

Reporter Andreas Björnbeck believed that the game was the most attractive Star Wars game in a long time, and wrote in the letter that the game was much better than its predecessor.

Mortal Kombat 1

It only took several months before its price halved, so it is questionable how successful its launch was.

But in any case, it is an excellent fighting game that pleased me a lot in our September report.

– Mortal Kombat 1 stands out strongly from other games in the genre, not only by being a hundred times as bloody and brutal as the other games, but also thanks to the completely different pacing of the battles, writes Espen Janssen.

Sixth base armor: Rubicon fire

More gold from FromSoftware, if not quite as popular as last year’s massive hit Elden Ring.

Armored Core VI is a welcome return to an old classic from the developer, and a breath of fresh air in the developer’s game library.

Reporter Espen Janssen gave it 7 out of 10 in his report last fall. He liked it a lot, but thought some parts of the game were soulless and a bit frustrating.

Maybe I liked it a little more, so maybe you will too.

prophesy

No, we don’t recommend buying this, but it’s great to see that one of the big toys of the spring has already sold out for two hundred shillings.

If you have plenty of time, and actually want to play through Forspoken, your price will likely drop even further in the January Hall. But NOK 200 isn’t crazy then.

God of War: Ragnarok

This is one of the few games that got top marks from us last year.

The undersigned are thinking about doing a new play in the lead up to Christmas, and if you haven’t done so yet, I highly recommend playing through Sony Santa Monica’s latest masterpiece.

It’s a great game in many different ways, and has been praised by the gaming press.

Those who haven’t played the first game in the series can also get it for under five.

The horizon is forbidden west

Aloy is back, and she has more room for fun, more robots to kill, and new challenges to solve. And this week, you can join her on the trip for less money than ever before. Well, November 19th was the cheapest, but we didn’t get that with us.

Unfortunately, our reviewer finds the game disappointing compared to its predecessor, even giving the game a 6 out of 10.

Regardless, this is one of the biggest games of last year for less than half the price. Why not.
