Facilitation involves creating and maintaining a space for interaction and dialogue over a certain period of time. The facilitator’s job duties include fostering creativity and ownership, engaging in dialogue, and remaining neutral.
It is also about facilitating the participants in the dialogue so that they have the time and space to talk about what they care about and free up their resources. You can read more about us and our understanding of dialogue here.
In our methodology, we connect the science with the emotional and the intuitive, creating a tool for creative thinking across subject boundaries. We work to promote the values of equality, inclusion and respect. The focus is on the group and creating space for what is needed and needed rather than increasing understanding.
