– This week has not been easy. It was very difficult. I want to believe that people see what we do at work, not what we do in our spare time, says Finnish Prime Minister Sanna Marin during a speech on Wednesday.

The prime minister was clearly overwhelmed and started to frequent the podium, writes the newspaper Elta Sanomat.

The audience responded with applause.

Marine continued her talk and talked about the videos and photos that spread to her.

It’s special, it’s joy, it’s life, but I never missed a day at work, I didn’t miss an assignment, says Marin.

In the end, the prime minister said she knew what happened, and will now continue her work as prime minister.

Party video and photo

The Prime Minister recently received criticism for her partisan videos that went viral on social media.

Later, a photo of the Prime Minister also spread.

This led to her taking a negative doping test, and a police investigation that has now ended.

There is no basis to suspect the crime

After a celebratory video of Finnish Prime Minister Sanna Marin was posted on social media, police in Finland received several reports about the video.

So they opened an investigation case that is now closed, as they couldn’t find reasons for a full investigation

– We did not find any basis in the video to suspect a crime, says Detective Inspector Teemu Jokinen in a press release.
